Break out in a cold sweat?   Grab another glass of wine?   Maybe even panic?

If so, don’t beat yourself up. Your human. I’m human. We are hardwired to have these emotions. But the problem occurs when we harness these feelings and turn them into investment decisions.  With election season upon us, Covid-19 still with us, and the news media still angering us, how can we protect our sanity? It is often during these times that many of the biggest, but most avoidable investment mistakes are made.
