Halftime 2016

Brexit, Federal Reserve, Interest rates, taxes ,stock market uncertainly, and oh yeah…Presidential elections…you name it and we can worry about it!
So, let’s not worry about it! Rather, let’s get to the bottom of what’s going on in the economy and the markets, what we think is causing it and what could happen in the near future.
It’s time for our bi-annual market even “HALFTIME 2016.”
(So, ok it’s more like HALFTIME plus a month)
As usual, this is going to be both a great educational opportunity and a chance to enjoy an evening of excellent BBQ and craft beer and cocktails at one of downtown Royal Oaks most popular restaurants …all on us!
For those of you who joined us in the past for these types of events. We will follow a similar format and agenda. However, we’ve listened to your feedback and have made a few improvements on the event that we hope you’ll notice and appreciate!
Complimentary food and drink will be served combined with an interactive discussion on where the markets have been these last 6 months and where we think they may be headed for the remainder of the year. We expect the “official” festivities to last about 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like.
We’ve chosen Lockharts BBQ in Royal Oak (http://royaloak.lockhartsbbq.com/home ) located just east of downtown Royal Oak on 3rd street. If you like BBQ, you’ll like Lockharts! They also have a wide ranging selection of craft beer and cocktails as well.
Finally, we encourage you to bring a guest who might appreciate and enjoy our discussion. Once again, for those bringing guests (non-spouse) we once again will have a separate drawing for tickets. This time, we have a 4 tickets to a September Detroit Tiger game up for grabs!
